Apna Connect comes from Apna Projections, an LED screen, sound and event production company in Hyderabad. Event Desk started as the tool we built to run our own shows — bookings, crew, gear and party accounts — because nothing off the shelf understood how an event day actually works.
Other trades saw it and asked for their own. That is how every desk here was made: one business explains its day, we design a desk around it, and it goes live within days.
No call centre, no ticket numbers. You talk to the people who built it, on WhatsApp, in Telugu or English.
Questions people ask before they start.
Is my data safe, and who can see it?
Only you and the logins you create. Every client gets a separate dashboard and a separate database — there is no shared pool where one company's records sit next to another's. We can reset your admin password remotely if you are locked out, but we do not log in and look at your records.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. Every desk is designed for a phone screen first — most of your work happens standing at a venue or a counter — and opens as a full desktop view on a laptop. Nothing to install; it runs in Chrome or Safari.
Do I need to be technical?
No. If you can use WhatsApp you can use a desk. Most owners hand it to staff after a 20-minute walkthrough on a call. Dates and times are typed the Indian way — no fiddly calendar pop-ups unless you want them.
Can it be changed for how my business works?
That is the whole point. Each desk already follows its trade, and small changes — a field you need, a report your partner wants, your own service list — are part of setting you up, not an extra project.
What happens when the year ends?
You get a reminder inside the dashboard before renewal. If you renew, nothing changes. If you don't, the dashboard switches to view-only — you can still see and export everything, you just can't add new entries until you renew. Your data is never deleted.
How much does it cost?
A one-time setup fee plus a yearly renewal. Solo desks such as Anchor, Photo, Makeup and Clinic are ₹9,999 one-time and ₹1,999 a year; company desks such as Event, Catering and Chit Fund are ₹24,999 one-time and ₹3,499 a year. Every desk shows its price; where it says "on request" we quote after a short call.
Can I try it before I decide?
Yes — every desk has a live demo you can open right now from this site, filled with sample bookings. Then message us on WhatsApp and we will walk you through it on a call with your own examples.
Can I get invoices, receipts and reports out of it?
Yes. Quotations, invoices and statements come out as clean PDFs or go straight to a client on WhatsApp. Monthly reports can be downloaded as Excel where the desk has them.
